Welcome to this 30-days of yoga for beginners challenge. This is a 30-day journey intended to help anyone new to yoga or in need of a refresher, start or get back to their yoga practice.
The 30-days Yoga for Beginner include an introduction to the foundational poses and sequences, different pranayama (breath work) practices. And short meditations as well as restorative and yoga nidra classes. The challenge will build gradually in intensity. So that at the beginning it’s very slow and steady, toward the end the classes progress further to take you on a real journey. And leave you feeling more confident in your practice. The classes alternate between full body practices and gentler sequences every other day, so that you have time to rest and recover in between the more challenging classes.
