A full body flow designed to help you connect more deeply to your breath and your body. You’ll move mindfully, paying attention to how it feels rather than how it looks.
When you soften your breath, you soften your nervous system. And from that place, strength becomes more accessible, more sustainable. This is an important part of building momentum in your practice.
Not forcing yourself forward, but learning when to ease back, listen, and respond with awareness. That balance is what allows you to keep showing up day after day. I hope you enjoy day 2 of the flow challenge.
